2. The keyboard app

The Zero Switch Keyboard extension does not require Full Access and does not make network requests. The developer does not save, send to a server or log the text you type. The parent app and keyboard extension do not use ads, analytics SDKs, accounts or a typing history.

As with any keyboard, iOS passes the characters you enter to the app or website you are typing into. That destination handles your text under its own practices. The statements above describe Zero Switch Keyboard, not every app or website in which you use it.

3. Optional email updates

If you choose to sign up through the Japanese-language site, we process your email address, the time and version of your consent, and the sign-up source. Hosting and email providers may also process connection information needed to deliver the service and prevent misuse. The sign-up does not collect your name, address, phone number, passwords, customer records or what you type with the keyboard.

We use this information for confirmation emails, app release and important updates, any separately offered TestFlight invitation, unsubscribe requests and inquiries—not unrelated newsletters or behavioural advertising. Signing up is not an app purchase or a TestFlight application. A confirmation link in the email must be opened before the subscription is complete. Every update email provides an unsubscribe option.

Email delivery is handled by Brevo. Subscription information is processed and stored in the European Union (France, Germany and Belgium). We review the provider’s contractual and security arrangements. The website does not intentionally write email addresses to server logs when forwarding them to the provider and does not maintain a separate member database.

We retain subscription information until the update purpose ends or you unsubscribe or request deletion. Limited suppression and consent records may be kept where needed to prevent unwanted mail or meet legal requirements. To ask about access, correction, unsubscribe or deletion, please use the contact page.

4. Website measurement and cookies

We do not use advertising cookies, ad pixels, an external analytics service, or email open and click tracking. This website counts daily page views, broad source categories (X, direct or other), clicks to the email-update sign-up and clicks to the App Store listing. These counts are events, not unique visitors.

The site’s own aggregate measurement does not store a personal ID, IP address, device or browser details, raw referring URL or typed text, and does not use cookies or browser storage for that measurement. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set security cookies such as __cf_bm to protect the service; we do not use those cookies for advertising or personal profiling.
